This product is a SMS Gateway that can be used with UMTS/3G/GPRS modems. The product can be integrated with other IT systems via TEXT files, ODBC, SQL, FTP, XLS, MDB, HTTP-REQUEST and CSV. The product offers business communication features like broadcasting, forwarding, automatic reply, import from any format, pre-paid watchdog, subscription service, templates, schedule etc. The software works in user mode or as a Windows Service in the OS environment. SMS Pro is offered in two versions. A third version suitable for outdoor signage is also available. The SMS Pro, besides being an application is also offered as a development platform. In the SMS communication application use, it will handle your business needs through the two way communication it can set up with customers/clients or the specific group of interest. The phone numbers will be obtained from the database set for this purpose. You can expect to have improved communication, automatic communication, reminders to clients, seek feedback and receive the same as well as emergency communications.

As a development platform it offers easy integration with other applications, websites, spreadsheets, flat files etc. Examples of features that can be tagged on to the base platform include automatic reminders to your customer appointments scheduler, auto monitoring of the server room and tracking of changes made or any other application that can use SMS/text message exchanges suitably. It can also supply an external outbox that can be used by applications that need to send out text messages. The numbers can be input from text file, Excel sheets, MDB format files or a table in no particular format that can get hooked on through ODBC.
